SAUA General is an e-commerce platform which established in 2023.

SAUA General is committed to satisfy customers wishes to provide high quality and premium products of abaya / burqa with the mission to empower them to live their best lives and enjoy life exclusively.

Word "SAUA" stand for

Efforts contributed for establishment of business by three brothers i.e., Syed Asraar Uddin Ahmed, Syed Abrar Uddin Ahmed & Syed Ansar Uddin Ahmed, therefore It is acronym of their names.

S=Syed

A=Asraar / Abrar / Ansar

U=Uddin

A=Ahmed

Order Cancellation & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

SAUA General believes in helping its customers as far as possible, therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy as follows:

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
No cancellations for those orders which placed under same day delivery.
No cancellations for those products which are under festival offers like Ramadan, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-Al-Adha etc.,
In case of receipt of damaged or defective, customer shall report the issue on customer service email ID (s aua@saua.in or WhatsApp +918885288102) with photos & evidence. SAUA General team shall evaluate the root cause of defect, then alternate option will be suggested. In this case, the original packing must be provided with price tag and delivery receipt etc.,
In case customer feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations. You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team shall take an appropriate decision after evaluation.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

The customer will require the bill and the product to be returned along with price tag.

Product can be exchange on physical damages during shipping or packing only. The product shall be returned to SAUA General within 48 hours. Refund will be not entertained.
Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two-way shipping costs for the exchange of clothes.
SAUA General shall not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, sleeves attached or washed.
The customer will be required to produce the bill and the product to be returned along with the price tag.
Upon receipt of returned products, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Products once altered by your or by our team (on your request) will not be exchange or return.
